Send an e-mail to listserv@lists.mcgill.ca with a blank subject line and only the following text in the body: subscribe NPPCE firstname lastname (e.g. subscribe NPPCE naomi goloff). Do not put anything else in the body of the email.

Follow the instructions above. Once subscribed, you will receive a confirmation.
